Welcome to Suantraí Holistic Centre. I am Maggie, a registered nurse who specialises in holistic treatments that focus on your healing in a way that compliments every system in your body.

I am qualified in Reflexology, Kinesiology, Indian Head Massage and Rahanni Celestial Energy Healing. I have also completed training in Aromatic Kinesiology and use essential oils as appropriate in my treatments. I work from a safe, private and confidential space behind my home in Killarney.

Having trained and worked as a midwife in both the UK and Australia, I provide an individualised fertility program for couples taking into account lifestyle, diet, food intolerances, weight, stress and emotions, sleep, exercise and environment.
I also offer African reflexology for pregnancy, both pre and post natal.

If you are going through assisted fertilisation, my treatments are designed to help and work well with conventional medicine.

Kinesiology is a therapy that uses muscle testing to identify areas of imbalance in the body. Kinesiology works as a communication tool as the body has a natural healing ability. The kinesiologist accesses this information by using muscle testing to find and correct the imbalances in the body.

Infertility

Infertility is described as a person who is unable to have children. This can cause distress and emotional upheaval. It can lead to feelings of hopelessness and put a huge strain on a relationship. In many cases people are not infertile but are actually subfertile. One in seven couples have difficulty conceiving. It is also common for women to have multiple miscarriages. Statistics show that in about 30% of couples the cause cannot be attributed to one person and in 35% of cases there can be no known cause found through conventional medicine.

Reasons for subfertility include ovulation problems, poor egg quality, PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), early menopause, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, amenorrhea, poor sperm, erectile problems and orgasm problems. Most causes of subfertility are treatable.

How can I help? Kinesiology views each individual as a complete structure with fluid and energy which must be kept in balance in order to remain healthy. The benefit of choosing my treatment is that I seek to rebalance the body bringing about an improvement in health, energy and emotions. If you are going through assisted fertilisation this can also help and works well with conventional medicine.

Some of the benefits include assistance with the following issues; insomnia, carpel tunnel syndrome, morning sickness and restless legs. It can also assist with labour.
